Jaipur, also popularly known as the Pink City, is the capital and largest city of the Indian state of Rajasthan. During the British rule in India, Jaipur was the capital of the princely state of Jaipur. Founded on 18 November 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amber, the city today has a population of more than 3.2 million.

Udaipur is known as the “City of Lakes”. It was built in 1559 by Maharana Udai Singh. The city has become known as the “Venice of the East”. It is located in the Aravalli hills of south Rajasthan and is considered to be one of the most romantic destinations in India. Udaipur has many marble palaces, lakes and temples.

The city of Cambridge is a university town and the administrative centre of the county of Cambridgeshire, England. Cambridge is world famous for its University which was formed in 1209 by students escaping from hostile towns people in Oxford. The oldest college that still stands today is Peterhouse which was founded in 1284.
